Ask our care team to reach out
This is a request for support, not a medical intake. Do not include any health information. A WellMind care navigator will call you at the time you choose and, if you want a provider, arrange the referral for you.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
- How much does support cost?
- Nothing. Every WellMind community program — screenings, peer support groups, children's programs, family training, workshops, and referral navigation — is free.
- Do I need insurance?
- No. You do not need insurance, and you do not need to prove income or immigration status. If you want a referral to a provider, our navigators prioritize Medicaid-accepting clinicians.
- How quickly will someone contact me?
- A care navigator responds to requests during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern, usually within one business day. For anything urgent, call or text 988.
- Do I have to share my health information?
- No. This website is not a HIPAA-covered service, so we deliberately do not ask for diagnoses, medications, symptoms, or any health details. We only need a first name, a phone number, your county, and what you are interested in.
- Can you prescribe medication?
- The foundation does not provide clinical care. If you ask for a provider referral, our care navigator connects you with a licensed clinician, including our psychiatric partner The Well In You Psychiatric Group, PC, who can evaluate and prescribe.
