Privacy Policy

Last updated January 2026. This policy explains what we collect through this website, what we deliberately do not collect, and how to reach us with questions.

This website is not a HIPAA-covered service

The WellMind Foundation, Inc. does not provide clinical care through this website and does not operate it as a HIPAA-covered platform. We do not ask for and do not want diagnoses, medications, symptoms, treatment history, or any other health information. Please never send health details through this website or by email.

What the support request form collects

These requests are validated on our server and forwarded to a secure staff inbox monitored by WellMind care navigators. They are not written to a website database. Navigators retain a request only as long as needed to follow up with you, and destroy it afterward.

Technical information

Our hosting provider processes standard server logs, including IP address and request time, to serve pages and to rate-limit abuse of the support request form. Analytics are loaded only if you accept analytics cookies, and are configured with IP anonymization.

What we never do

Third parties

Donations are processed by a third-party payment provider that handles card details directly; this website never receives or stores them. If you ask for a clinical referral, a navigator shares only what you authorize by phone with the licensed provider you choose, such as The Well In You Psychiatric Group, PC.

Children

This website is intended for adults. Children's programs are arranged with a parent, guardian, or a partner school or Head Start center — never through information submitted by a child.

Your choices

You can decline analytics cookies at any time from the cookie banner, ask us to delete a pending support request, or ask what a navigator holds about your request. Email hello@wellmindfoundation.org or call (904) 555-0147.

Changes

We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. Material changes will be described here in plain language.
