WellMind works in three partnership tiers: community programs that host our services, licensed clinical partners who deliver care, and provider platforms that widen referral options.

Tier one · Community partners

Maternal and child health partners

The Magnolia Project

A Jacksonville-based nonprofit dedicated to improving birth outcomes and eliminating racial disparities in maternal and infant health in Northeast Florida. Through their federally-funded Healthy Start program, they serve hundreds of high-risk pregnant women and new mothers annually — with particular strength in Duval County's historically underserved Black communities.

The WellMind Foundation is a formal mental health partner of the Magnolia Project. We provide psychiatric referral pathways, perinatal mental health screenings, and wraparound peer support for all Healthy Start-enrolled families.

Northeast Florida Healthy Start Coalition

A federally-funded maternal and child health program serving Duval, Clay, Nassau, St. Johns, and Putnam counties. The program provides home visiting, case management, and wraparound support for high-risk pregnant women and new mothers.

The WellMind Foundation is an affiliated mental health partner providing free screenings, peer support, and crisis navigation to Healthy Start-enrolled families across all five counties.

Who delivers clinical care and training

The foundation itself does not provide clinical treatment. Care is delivered by licensed partners, and workforce training revenue funds our free programs.

The Well In You Psychiatric Group, PC

Our clinical psychiatric partner. Provides doctoral-level psychiatric evaluation and medication management for WellMind-referred families across Northeast Florida. Provider: DNP, PMHNP-BC.

Our consulting and workforce training partner. Delivers Mental Health First Aid, Trauma-Informed Care, and workforce mental health training whose revenue directly funds WellMind's free community programs.
